We are all human. That means our bodies grow a little older with each passing day. Attractive cuts fade away and belly fat builds up, despite no changes to regular diets or fitness routines. Keeping a nice body all starts with eating smart. Figure out how many calories you can enjoy and stick to it your healthy diet on a daily basis. Maybe designate a certain time to cheat, like a Whopper every Sunday for lunch. It is important to give your body enough protein and carbohydrates, like fruit, veggies and beans.
